Position: Collections Specialist
Salary: $2,200,000 + commissions
Job Description:
We are dedicated to debt collection for property management in various U.S. states (Alabama, Arizona, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, California, Florida, Indianapolis, Virginia, among others). Our collection process adheres to state laws and the FDCPA, including potential garnishment if necessary. Tasks include phone follow-ups, regular and electronic mail, informing property owners about their debts, offering payment options, escalating disputes, and guiding owners to case resolution.
Responsibilities:
Navigate our collections software.
Make a minimum of 50 calls daily.
Convert contacts into payments.
Update information in the system.
Respect company property and coworkers.
Practice productive work behavior and follow company rules.
Participate in projects and tasks assigned by management.
Maintain company policies and client requirements.
Generate, analyze, and maintain files and documents to ensure policy and procedure compliance.
Know and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Follow Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy procedures.

Schedule:
Shifts from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm and 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (Winter schedule).
Location: Medellín, Colombia (CI TALSA - Carrera 50GG 12Sur-07, Itagüi).
