IT Support & Systems Administrator
We are looking for a hybrid technical profile combining IT Support (L1/L2) with Systems and Cloud Administration.
This role is critical to ensuring smooth IT operations, providing technical support to end users, and maintaining infrastructure and cloud environments.
It is an excellent opportunity for professionals seeking to grow technically in a dynamic environment with exposure to multiple technologies. Key Responsibilities End-User Support (Helpdesk)
Provide L1/L2 technical support (hardware, software, network)
Troubleshoot issues on Windows and macOS systems
Deliver remote support for users
Install, configure, and update applications
Optimize device performance
Manage tickets and ensure SLA compliance Microsoft 365 & Cloud Administration
Administer Microsoft 365 tenant
Manage users, licenses, and security policies
Manage:
Exchange Online
SharePoint
OneDrive
Microsoft Teams
Perform Azure administration tasks (identity and resources)
Monitor performance and availability of cloud services Systems & Infrastructure
Administer Windows Server environments
Manage Active Directory (users, permissions, access)
Maintain shared drives and storage
Configure and support printers and scanners
Troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues Network & Devices
Diagnose and resolve network issues (LAN/WAN)
Manage VPN access and remote connectivity
Troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
Support VOIP systems Application Support
Provide support for CRM systems
Support Adobe Suite
Ensure proper configuration and maintenance of business applications Requirements Must Have
(+2) Experience in IT Support (L1/L2)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365
Experience with Active Directory
Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
Strong troubleshooting skills
Intermediate/advanced English Nice to Have
Azure experience
Windows Server administration
VOIP systems
CRM tools
Certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL)
Experience in hybrid environments Soft Skills
Strong communication skills

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST
