We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong case management skills, and effectively handle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and organize case files throughout the litigation process.
Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
Draft, format, review, and edit legal documents, pleadings, and discovery responses.
Assist attorneys with litigation matters, including trial preparation and exhibit organization.
Coordinate case-related deadlines and ensure timely follow-up on tasks.
Provide administrative and legal support as needed.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Collaborate effectively with attorneys and team members to support case progression.
Qualifications
Minimum 1+ year of Paralegal experience, preferably in Personal Injury Law.
Experience with California Personal Injury cases is a strong plus.
Familiarity with Clio or other legal case management software is preferred.
Ability to navigate filing procedures across multiple jurisdictions.
Strong understanding of litigation processes and legal documentation.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently while maintaining strong teamwork and collaboration.
Language Requirements
Fluent English and Spanish (written and verbal).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
