In this role, you will work with pre-qualified leads, conduct discovery and closing calls, present solutions, overcome objections, negotiate terms, and consistently close new business. Responsibilities
Conduct discovery and closing calls with qualified B2B prospects.
Understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
Handle objections and negotiate pricing and service agreements.
Close deals and ensure accurate documentation in the CRM.
Follow up with prospects and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
Maintain detailed records in HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.
Collaborate with marketing, SDRs, and operations teams to maximize conversions.
Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
Provide feedback on market trends, objections, and lead quality.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in B2B sales.
Proven experience closing deals and achieving sales targets.
Experience managing inbound or high-volume sales pipelines.
Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Advanced English communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred
Experience selling SaaS, marketing services, outsourcing, AI solutions, or business services.
Experience working with U.S.-based clients.
High-ticket sales experience.
Experience in remote sales teams.
