About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales & Operations Support Associate to support our sales team, business consultants, and clients.This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless coordination across business development, client communication, and operational processes, enabling the sales team to focus on growth and revenue generation
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Support
Prepare proposals, service agreements, and onboarding documentation
Track and manage sales pipeline and client opportunities
Support data collection for risk assessment and underwriting
Client Communication & Coordination
Draft and send emails, follow-ups, and client communications
Ensure timely responses to high-priority requests
Operations & Onboarding
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
Verify contracts and documentation comply with internal policies
CRM & Data Management
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
Ensure data integrity, organization, and accessibility
Requirements 13 years of experience in sales support, operations, or administrative roles Strong skills in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) Advanced English communication skills (C1) Excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and compliance mindset Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proactive and solution-oriented approach
Nice to Have
Experience supporting sales or PEO-related environments
Familiarity with tools like ClientSpace
