Job Opportunity: Scheduling Coordinator

Are you a proactive and customer-oriented individual? Were seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our dynamic team! As a key player in our organization, youll be responsible for managing patient scheduling and ensuring smooth operations at our dental practice.

Position Details:

Location: On-site in either Bucaramanga or Medellin:
Bucaramanga: LA 56 - Calle 56 32-54, Sotomayor.
Medellin: CAMACOL - Cra 63 49ª-31, Edificio Camacol Barrio El Estadio. Piso 9.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST.

Responsibilities:

Handle outbound calls in a fast-paced call center environment, assisting patients with scheduling and addressing other business needs.
Actively participate in training sessions and communication meetings as required.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn and be coached, including side-by-side interactions and call review.
