Team Leader WFM - BPO industry
Location: Colombia - Medellin
Contract: Full-time, indefinite term
Salary Range: 3´100.000 COP
Purpose of the Role
The purpose of this role is to efficiently follow up on operational performance and maintain adequate staffing standards through analytics and reporting on real time basis.
Key Responsibilities Generating and publishing reports: - Hourly/Daily/Monthly Creating reports and template as per process requirement Forecasting & Scheduling Managing day-to-day MI reporting for multiple programs Communication and coordination with end-user clients on daily basis Designing and establishing new MI reporting modules Meeting SLAs and TAT of MI reporting
Requirements Knowledge of MS Office and spreadsheet Experience in automation in MS-Excel Reports Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience with MS Access, SQL Server, would be an added advantage Adaptable to rotating shifts Min exp of 6 months as a TL in WFM area
