We are looking for the position of Work Force Management WFM TL.

Requirements to apply:

 Graduate in any discipline, with good academic profile.
 Minimum 4 years BPO experience.
 1 year in supervisor or TL role.
 Be proficient with MS office esp. Excel.
 Analytical and Methodical Abilities.
 Strong team-building skills.
 Able to effectively assess operational inefficiencies.
 Good knowledge of measurable tasks.
 Excellent goal tracking and report writing.
 Strong supervisory skills with an eye for detail.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+).
 Flexible and adaptive to work schedules.
 High level of integrity and accountability.
