We?re seeking a qualified Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager to lead an SDR team with a focus on finding and qualifying potential customers who can benefit from the Margin Edge restaurant management software.

We are looking for a real ?been there, done that? person who has experience with both sales management and has been a restaurant GM, chef, or owner in the United States with 3+ years of experience in one or more of those roles. You will run a growing team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) from our office in Barranquilla reporting to the Director of Sales Development stateside.

As the first line of communication with prospects, ideal SDR manager have a strong understanding of the sales process while excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting our Account Executives up for success. You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills and have the ability to lead a sales team in a dynamic environment.

What type of responsibilities will I have?

- Represent Margin Edge in a positive, consultative manner to restaurant leadership, staff, and support personnel.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of why restaurants need the Margin Edge solution.
- Drive and measure leading activity and pipeline metrics to ensure quotas are met.
- Coach, train, inspire, and hold accountable members of the team in a disciplined yet caring way.
- Identify best practices to refine the company?s lead generation playbook.
- Utilize SalesForce, Outreach, and G Suite to measure and communicate.
- Work ?cross-functionally? with operations, sales, and marketing employees to drive initiatives.
- Report to the Director of Sales Development with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.

What qualifications or skills are required?

- 3+ years of restaurant experience in the US at the manager, GM, or owner level.
- 3+ years of sales leadership experience in the US or abroad with proven results.
- Strong communication skills via phone and email.
- Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
- Strong desire and ability to achieve within a sales organization.
- Proficiency with Salesforce (preferred) or other CRM tools and sales enablement tech such as Outreach and Gong.
