As an Architect, you will be responsible for defining the CRM architecture, guiding development teams, and ensuring that solutions align with business objectives and industry best practices. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, define technical strategies, and provide expertise throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define the overall architecture and design of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, considering scalability, performance, security, and integration requirements.
- Lead architecture discussions with stakeholders to understand business needs, functional requirements, and technical constraints.
- Develop technical specifications, solution designs, and architectural blueprints for CRM implementations.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams on best practices for CRM customization, configuration, and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM with other systems, such as ERP, marketing automation, or BI platforms.
- Conduct code reviews, performance analysis, and optimization to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Design and implement data migration strategies to transfer data from legacy systems to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Dynamics CRM features, tools, and technologies, and recommend innovations to enhance solutions.
- Define and enforce coding standards, development methodologies, and architectural patterns for CRM projects.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, providing technical guidance and support to project teams and clients.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecting and implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM customization, configuration, and development.
- Proficiency in .NET development using C, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with CRM integration patterns, web services (REST, SOAP), and API integration.
- Deep understanding of CRM data model, security model, and customization capabilities.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, SSRS, and SSIS for data integration and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification (e.g., MB-600: Microsoft Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect).
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Knowledge of Azure services and cloud-based CRM implementations.
- Experience with agile software development methodologies.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and DevOps practices.
- Previous experience in a consulting or client-facing role.
