We are seeking your talent to join our growing Team in Colombia!

Located in barrio Salitre: Carrera 69 25B 44, Fontibón, Bogotá, Cundinamarca, Colombia

Were offering $3,000,000 COP Base salary + Performance Bonus

Work is 100% On Site

Weekly Schedule: 45 hours + 2 days off

Training Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday - Friday

Nesting Schedule: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Tuesday - Saturday

What skills you will need:

Eighteen (18) years of age or older on or before hire date

At least 1 year of work experience in Customer Service (could be in BPO sector or another Customer Services fields)

High School Diploma or equivalent

Advanced English (speaking) C1 or C2

Flexibility to work hours of operations

Professional appearance and conduct

Ability to operate multiple computer programs

Sensitive and articulate written and verbal communication skills

Qualified candidates will be comfortable in a multi-tasking, high-energy environment.

What you will be doing:

As a Customer Service Agent, will provide support to our customers by delivering an effortless and personalized experience.

Active listening, showing interest, compassion and displaying empathy for the customer.

Demonstrate accuracy in processing changes to customer policies based on the information provided.

Ensure first call resolution and customer satisfaction on all transactions.

Be proficient in multi-tasking on the computer, phone and chat rooms to support customer requests.

Be available, present and actively ready to receive calls without distractions.

Smiling as you speak with our customers, our customers can hear the smile.
