We are currently seeking a Bilingual Customer Specialist to become part of our Bogotá team. In this position, you will assist customers by addressing their questions, offering clear guidance, and providing timely and effective solutions across a variety of situations. Your goal will be to understand each customers needs, manage information responsibly, and ensure every interaction is smooth, helpful, and positive.
