Main Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service through phone. Assist customers by troubleshooting and resolving basic technical issues. Meet quality, productivity, and service level goals. Deliver professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented customer support. What Were Looking For English Level: B2+ (Required). Full-time availability to work scheduled shifts. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
