Responsibilities:
- Record every financial transaction in bank statement(s)
- Input every charge and payment in credit card statement(s)
- Maintain accounts receivables and payables
- Keep track of contractors' payments for issuance of 1099s-NEC
- Evaluate and record Fixed Assets for tax depreciation
- Monthly reconciliation of bank and credit card statements
- Maintain general ledger accounts
- Evaluate and analyze Profit & Loss statement ? revenue or sales and expense accounts
- Evaluate and analyze Balance Sheet statement ? assets, liabilities and equity accounts

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and other accounting software
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workload
