We are looking for a proactive and resourceful professional with strong commercial skills to join our Business Development team, as a specialist for the USA, in this role you will be responsible for supporting B2B sales team in achieving new clients in the USA market. You must have the ability to recognize a clear sales opportunity and know how an effective sales appointment, being creative in reaching the right prospect, and demonstrate effective oral and written communications skills, maintaining perseverance and dedication to a productive volume of calls.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the initiation of cold sales and cross-selling companies in the USA corporate profile.
- Provide assertive communication with prospective clients thought phone calls, mailing strategies, sending commercial letters in person in order to schedule the greatest number of effective appointments.
- Prepare, structure, and deliver corporate contact management reports.
- Maintain constant study and optimization of sales processes and commercial strategies in order to achieve the objectives set.
- Close sales, agreements, and contracts with clients
- Understand customer needs and present adapted solutions,
- Negotiate business conditions and close deals effectively.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and seek additional sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to effectively understand customer and their needs.
Requirements:
- Professional with degree in fields related to sales or relevant experience to perform position: Engineering, administration, international business, etc.
- Experience prospecting clients in the USA, more than 2 years at least.
- Previous experience of at 5 years in the sales area establishing appointments in a medium and large companies.
- Create direct sales opportunities in your contacts.
- Knowledge of the US market.
- Be proactive, consultative, and investigative.
- English B2 minimum

- Based Salary: 2500000 (Negociable) + roofless commissions
- Labor Work Contract the first year, then indefinite
