WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Bilingual Representatives for Tech support campaign, customer experience with advanced technical support. Advocates need to be proficient in the use of technology and troubleshooting of the connection between the cellphone apps and the vacuum robot, proficient in the use of technology, troubleshooting, and detailed instructions to guide customers through their devices. Multitasking skills are a must. It requires high soft skills and problem-solving skills.
WE OFFER:
-Hours: 46H (6 working days, 1 days off). 40 H (5 days working, 2 Days off)
- Salary based on the amount of hours per week you work (40h $2,559,130 / 46h $2'943.000).

QUALIFICATIONS:
- English level B2.
- Be located in Bogotá.
- 18 years old or older.
- High school degree.
- Multitasking.
- Basic computer skills (e.g. operating systems, internet).
- High technical vocabulary.
- Good disposition to Customer Service relations.
- Foreigners must provide PPT and passport.
- Modality: Work at Site
