Duties:
-Creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns
-Create short videos to be published through different digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, among others.
-Plan and execute marketing campaigns aimed at impacting digital channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, among others.
-Ensure the effective development of marketing campaigns to build the companys brand identity, create engagement through digital platforms and generate visitor traffic and leads.
-Generate and lead marketing campaigns and materials to attract personnel.
-Participate in brainstorming sessions for content creation.
Monitor and interact through the companys social networks, responding to comments that arise in the published content.
-Support the planning of monthly content for social networks (content grid).
-Increase the community on social networks with a high-value approach, giving quality content to users.
-Create visual concepts for specific advertising of assigned campaigns.
-Ensure graphics and visual compositions are visually appealing and aligned with brand values.
-Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information where applicable.
-Fulfill and prepare all requests by your direct boss in a timely manner.
-Any additional tasks that may arise in the development of the position.

Minimum requirements:
-Professional Education or professional in training in areas of Marketing, Social Communication, Graphic Design or related areas.
-Experience Minimum 1 year of experience related to the position.
-Organization and planning skills
-Visual, verbal and written communication.
-Innovation and creativity
-Ability to adapt to changes and organizational structures
-Orientation to achieve objectives under quality standards

Conditions:
Basic Salary: 4,000,000 COP
Indefinite-term contract
47 hours per week
