Duties:
-Facilitate the development of strong corporate relationships through internal marketing strategies.
-Ensure effective communication of the different internal campaigns through the media: teams, TV, mail, etc.
-Support the communication of new staff members or internal promotions, through the different internal communication channels.
-Support the employee identification process: taking photographs and personal data, card design, etc.
-Plan and execute marketing campaigns through various digital channels to impact employees.
-Participate in brainstorming sessions for content creation.
-Create visual concepts for specific advertising of assigned campaigns.
-Ensure graphics and layouts are visually appealing and aligned with brand/company values.
-Provide coverage (video, photography, etc.) to the different events, activities and initiatives that arise within the company, to generate advertising material.
-Edit video and photography material.
-Support the updating of the content of the different company networks, with all the events and graphic pieces of their promotion.
-Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information where applicable.
-Fulfill and prepare all requests by your direct boss in a timely manner.
-Any additional tasks that may arise in the development of the position.

Minimum requirements:
-Professional Education or professional in training in areas of Marketing, Social Communication, Graphic Design or related areas.
-Experience Minimum 1 year of experience related to the position.
-Organization and planning skills
-Visual, verbal and written communication.
-Innovation and creativity
-Ability to adapt to changes and organizational structures
-Orientation to achieve objectives under quality standards
- English B2+

Conditions:
Basic Salary: 4,000,000 COP
Indefinite-term contract
47 hours per week
