Job description:
Join our rapidly expanding team at BetterGuard, an innovator in sports technology. In 2022, we were proud winners of the NBA Launchpad, highlighting our commitment to advancing athlete health and performance. Our groundbreaking ankle brace technology is at the forefront of this journey, gaining traction among professional athletes in the NBA, NFL, MLS, and beyond. We are searching for a creative Graphic Designer to elevate our brands digital presence, crafting visually stunning landing pages, social media content, banner ads, and sales emails. This role is pivotal in communicating the value and uniqueness of our technology to a global audience, enhancing our brands impact in the sports and health sectors.

Responsabilities:
Design engaging digital content that reflects our innovative ankle brace technology and its benefits, aligning with our brands identity and marketing objectives.
Collaborate with marketing to conceptualize creative solutions that accurately convey our achievements, including winning the NBA Launchpad in 2022 and our partnerships with elite athletes.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints while pushing the boundaries of design to captivate our target audiences.
Provide creative support for product graphics, logos, and offline materials that showcase our technologys impact on professional sports.
Stay ahead of digital design trends to maintain fresh and relevant content, leveraging new technologies and platforms to reach our audience.
Work closely with front-end developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly, enhancing the user experience across our digital platforms.
Manage and prioritize multiple projects from concept to completion, adhering to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills: Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in UI/UX, Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related field, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital content creation.
Proven experience in design, showcasing projects that highlight aesthetic appeal and effective communication.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) or similar programs.
Expertise in UI/UX design, and software, including Figma

Strong visual design skills
Creative problem-solving abilities with a collaborative spirit.
Excellent communication and time management skills, capable of working with a team of innovators and athletes to bring our brand story to life. Preferred but not required
Passion for sports and technology, with an understanding of the athletic community and sports health advancements.
Photo and video editing
Art direction, A/B testing, Knowledge of HTML/CSS and understanding of user-system interaction, web trends, and technology advancements.
