At TECH LABS COLOMBIA / Vichara Technologies we are looking for an Growth Manager.
What will be your objective?
You will be the person in charge of the implementation, control and management of the assigned projects, direct relationship with the client and leadership of the work team, maintaining efficiency in the assigned processes.
Engineering, quality assurance and product support of the organization.
Delivering high-quality deliverables meeting SLAs, on-time and within budget.
Resource management and skill sets for each product in the organization, assuring that each team is occupied with sufficient skilled resources to meet product deliverables.
Developing and managing a skills escalation and promotion path for the product engineering organization.
Responsible for implementing tools and processes to optimize productivity.

What requirements must you meet?
Over 10 years of experience in project management within technology companies.
5+ years of experience leading work teams.
Professional education in Business Administration, Economics, Administrative Engineering, or related fields
MBI.
Experience working with Start-up is a plus.
It is a plus to have experience with US companies.
Having an American Visa is a plus.
