Position Title: Help Dek Technician Level 1
City: [Bogotá]
Location: [BOGOTÁ - ROSALES 72 - Cl. 72 8-24, Quinta Camacho. Piso 4, 6, 7 y 8, Bogotá]
Shift days, hours and time zone: From 6:00am- 3:00pm CST | From 9:00am to 6:00pm CST | Monday-Friday
Job description: A level 1 IT technician is an entry-level position that provides basic technical support to users and troubleshoots common IT issues.
Responsabilities:
Installing and configuring software and hardware, setting up and maintaining user accounts and passwords, resolving network and connectivity problems, providing phone and email support, and documenting incidents and resolutions. *Gathers and analyzes information about the users issue and determines the best way to resolve their problem.
Skills and qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and good communication and customer service skills. an associate degree or certificate in IT, computer science, or a related field, or relevant work experience, and one or more of the following certifications: CompTIA A+, Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA), or Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT). *Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English.
