THE ROLE: You are the first voice an injured Californian hears.
- Answer new-client calls and web leads within minutes, in flawless English or Spanish
- Run our intake script with genuine empathy: accident facts, injuries, treatment status, insurance details
- Screen against our case criteria and schedule qualified callers with the attorney same-day
- Send retainer packets for e-signature under attorney approval and log everything in the CRM
- Follow up on unsigned leads with a persistence that is warm, never pushy

REQUIREMENTS:
- 1+ year in phone-based intake, sales, or customer service for US customers (law firm or medical intake preferred)
- Spoken English C1+ (a voice recording is part of the process) plus native Spanish
- Calm and kind under pressure - many callers are having the worst week of their lives
- Quality headset + quiet environment + reliable internet
- Shifts in Pacific Time (day/evening blocks; weekend rotation with differential)

OFFER: USD $900-$1,300/month (depending on experience) + shift differential + 13th-month bonus + 12 days PTO + Colombian holidays + key US holidays + monthly health stipend + annual raise review. Direct hire - no agency.
