Were looking for a Labor Relations Attorney to join our Legal team and provide support in managing labor, disciplinary, and administrative matters for the company. This isnt just an operational role were looking for a professional who can help prevent and address labor disputes, promote best practices in employee relations, and bring strong legal judgment to every process. What youll do:
Handle verbal and written inquiries
Analyze and process disciplinary cases
Manage tutelas, petition rights (derechos de petición), and administrative complaints
Process contract terminations (with cause, without cause, or mutual agreement)
Prepare reports and maintain up-to-date legal department databases
Deliver training sessions or talks as needed
Identify improvement opportunities and propose action plans What were looking for: Law degree
12 years of experience and/or specialization in labor law
Advanced English level (B2 or higher)
Excellent writing, grammar, and legal argumentation skills
Up-to-date knowledge of labor law
Proficiency in Office; experience with Canva, Copilot, and digital tools is a plus BENEFITS
