Sales Coordinator

We are looking for an Advanced English Call Center Sales Coordinator with proven experience and great charisma to lead our sales team. If you have more than 3 years of demonstrable experience managing multidisciplinary teams and stand out for your ability to motivate and develop talent, we want to meet you!
What are we looking for in you?
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles, leading bilingual (English) sales teams
Knowledge of vehicles
Leadership skills: Proven ability to inspire, guide, and maintain a cohesive, high-performing sales team. Experience working with North American clients.
Charisma and empathy: A person with excellent interpersonal skills who builds trust and knows how to connect with both your team and our clients.
Results-oriented: Proactive, with a strategic mindset and focused on achieving goals.
Experience with multidisciplinary teams: Ability to manage diverse talent and foster collaboration across different departments.
Handling international clients 100% in English!
