Salary: $2,500,000 COP - $2,700,000 COP
Role Summary:
We are looking for an entry-level Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to support our U.S. drayage terminal operations. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in the logistics industry. Responsibilities:
Provide customer service support via phone and email.
Track shipments and provide timely status updates to customers and internal teams.
Perform accurate data entry into internal logistics systems.
Support multiple terminal operations with administrative and coordination tasks.
Maintain shipment records and documentation.

Escalate operational issues when necessary.
Qualifications:
12 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or drayage support.
Previous experience in customer service within the logistics industry is preferred.
Experience with shipment tracking, data entry, or logistics coordination.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Advanced English (written and spoken).

To perform this role effectively, you must have:
A quiet home office space to work optimally.

A laptop/desktop with updated software.
