Job Description:
As the Talent Acquisition Director for Latam, you will be responsible for leading and managing the recruitment efforts across multiple countries in the region. You will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent to support the companys growth and strategic objectives. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Functions
Developing and implementing effective talent acquisition and marketing strategies/ initiatives for Latin America in alignment with the companys overall goals and objectives.
Partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand their talent needs and priorities, and to develop recruitment plans to meet those needs.
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Building and maintaining relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies, universities, and industry associations, to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Utilizing data and analytics to track and measure recruitment metrics, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous process improvement.
Providing guidance and support to hiring managers and interviewers on best practices for recruitment and selection.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations in the countries where the company operates.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Phycology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on Latin America; experience in BPO required.
Proven track record of success in recruiting and hiring top talent in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, tools, and technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
Fluency in both Spanish and English is required; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization and collaborate with colleagues across different functions and geographies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Salary to be agreed according to experience.
Indefinite term contract
