We are looking for Bilingual Sales Representatives in Bogota; if you have experience in B2B sales, experience in cold calling and prospecting leads, great ability to generate long-term business relationships, and a high level of conversational English, this job offer is for you.

These are some of the main requirements of the position:
Indefinite contract
Schedule: 7:30 am to 5:30 pm from Monday to Friday.

Profile Description:
Serve as a point of contact between the customer and the organization to communicate information related to the product and procedures, in order to provide adequate attention that impacts the experience with the product.

Functions:
Serve as the first point of contact and a good first impression with the customer in order to achieve the foundation for a long-term partner relationship.
Analyze competitive offerings and solutions, with the goal of ensuring customer needs and experiences.
Review customer feedback and relay it to the business to ensure appropriate support.
Execute a structured multi-channel outreach cadence (call, email, social media), to achieve communication of product information.
Analyze Microsoft customers and prospects, to ensure a world-class customer engagement experience.
