Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at BairesDev

We are looking for an FP&A Manager to join our finance team. You will be responsible for increasing the efficiency and profitability of the business. This is a great opportunity for a professional who wants to grow with one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry.

What You Will Do:

- Manage the companys annual budget and its revisions.
- Manage a team of FP&A analysts.
- Review and improve the budget control process and ensure compliance.
- Discuss with business unit heads variances in overheads versus budget and cost re-estimation.
- Follow up on corrective actions.
- Identify issues and eliminate unnecessary spending.
- Prepare financial reports for senior management and the Board of Directors.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in all areas of the business.
- Help the Director of Control with day-to-day operations.

Heres what we are looking for:

- Degree in economics or industrial engineering.
- MBA, or Masters in Finance.
- 10+ years of finance experience (controlling, FP&A, accounting).
- 2+ years of experience in an FP&A Manager position in a multinational company.
- Excellent communication skills with an advanced level of English.

Desirable:

- Knowledge of SAP Business One, SAP R3, or SAP S4HANA.
- Cost management experience
- SQL, PowerBI, and/or Tableau.
