Requirements:
Minimum education: High School Diploma.
At least 6 months of experience in a bilingual call center or BPO.
Good level of English (minimum B2).
Active listening skills and excellent communication.
Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
Benefits:
Base salary: 3,000,000 COP.
Performance bonuses of up to 400,000 COP.
Two days off per week.
