We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advisor focused on providing exceptional phone call serive. The ideal candidate will possess excellent active listening skills, empathy, and the ability to manage customer interactions effectively. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, is technically inclined, and has a passion for the gaming industry. What youll be doing:
Provide top-notch customer service to platform users, assisting with various inquiries and issues related to their accounts.
Assist customers with their logistics and transportation solutions.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of services and products, staying up to date with new features and updates.
The TOP Team is looking for someone who:
B2 English level.
At least 6 months of experience in sales.
Enjoys helping others and solving situations with a positive attitude.
Proactive, responsible, empathic, and a good listener.
