Professional Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Biology or equivalent.
Bilingual proficiency.
English Level: B2 - C1

Responsibilities:

- Design and develop diverse and effective teaching materials to promote deep understanding of Biology.
- Integrate innovative teaching methodologies to address different learning styles and achieve a dynamic learning experience.
- Facilitate practical laboratory activities and experiments, providing hands-on and enriching experiences.
- Regularly assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and additional support as needed.
- Collaborate with the department and actively participate in meetings and curriculum projects.
- Provide guidance and support to students as a tutor or homeroom teacher, if required.
- Maintain effective and open communication with parents, informing them about their childrens academic progress and achievements.

Experience:

A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Biology or Science is required.

2 - PHYSICS TEACHER

The Colegio Jordán de Sajonia is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Physics Teacher to join our educational team.

Academic Background:

Bachelors degree in Physics or Engineering.
Bilingual proficiency.
English Proficiency: B2 - C1.

Responsibilities:

- Teach Physics classes in English to 6th and 7th-grade students, focusing on fundamental concepts of the discipline.
- Develop and execute lesson plans tailored to curriculum standards and student needs, fostering a deep understanding of the subject matter.
- Utilize innovative teaching methods to facilitate practical and theoretical understanding of physical phenomena.
Introduce practical labs and experiments to encourage experimentation and scientific reasoning.
- Integrate educational technology and interactive resources to enrich the learning experience.
- Collaborate in extracurricular activities and scientific events related to Physics.
- Maintain effective communication with parents, providing information on academic performance and proposing support strategies.
= Cultivate interest in Physics by connecting it to practical applications and real-world situations.
Attend and actively participate in departmental meetings to coordinate and enhance the teaching of Physics in the curriculum.
