We are looking for a proactive and organized individual who wants to join our team and support the operations of a contact center for a recognized pharmaceutical company.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate workflows and follow-up on administrative inquiries.
Support communication with the client.
Generate reports and compliance documentation.
Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and administrative support.
Ensure the quality and continuous improvement of processes.
Requirements:
University degree (preferably in administrative fields).
Advanced English, minimum C1 level (oral and written).
+2 years of experience in administrative, coordination, or customer service roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare centers is a plus.
