Chef Hotel Aiden by Best Western Georgetown Guyana

We are seeking a Chef to join our opening team at the Aiden by Best Western Georgetown Guyana hotel. You will be responsible for leading and supervising activities related to the following area:

Creating and maintaining and implementing the standard recipe.
Complying with and enforcing BPM regulations, order, hygiene, and cleanliness, as well as sustainability and quality procedures.
Ensuring compliance with the Hotel's fumigation schedule in the kitchen.
Placing orders for the kitchen and its different outlets.
Ensuring compliance of the team under your supervision with defined tasks.
Being in the kitchen (cooking, supervising, ensuring everything runs smoothly).
What Requirements Must You Meet?

Fluent in English.
Technologist or professional in cooking, gastronomy, or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the position, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Teamwork, high level of responsibility and organization, ability to work under pressure.
