Role Summary:
The Email Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and managing email marketing campaigns that effectively engage the target audience and drive conversions.They analyze the performance of these campaigns, using insights to optimize content, timing,and segmentation for improved engagement and results. By continually refining their strategies,the Email Marketing Specialist ensures that each campaign maximizes its potential to build customer relationships and achieve marketing goals.

Responsibilities:
Extract and apply relevant playbook frameworks.
Turn strategies into clear, structured execution plans.
Assign and manage campaign briefs aligned with proven principles.
Set up, launch, test, and refine automated email flows and campaigns.
Manage technical execution, including segmentation, automation, and A/B testing.
Track performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions) and optimize accordingly.
Ensure high deliverabilityemails that hit inboxes, not spam folders.
Guarantee flawless execution and on-time delivery of all campaigns.
Use AI tools to enhance workflows, segmentation, insight generation, and performance testing.

Qualifications:
Proficient in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in email marketing and campaign management.
Hands-on experience using Zoho Email for campaign creation and optimization.
Strong understanding of segmentation based on engagement and behavior.
Proven ability to interpret campaign metrics and act on data-driven insights.
Skilled in using AI tools to improve execution, automate tasks, and analyze test results.
Highly process-oriented, ensuring strict adherence to frameworks and guidelines.
A fast learner who adapts quickly to tools and evolving strategies.
A clear communicator who can articulate insights, plans, and performance.
A proactive problem-solver with a high attention to detail and flawless execution.


Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the fragrance or beauty industry.
Knowledge of SEO and online advertising.
Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation.

Work Setup Requirements:
To perform this role effectively, you must have:
A quiet home office space to work optimally.
A stable internet connection (minimum 100 MB).
A laptop/desktop with updated software.
A secondary backup internet option to ensure reliability.
