At Solvo we are looking for a Jr. Payroll Specialist for one of our best clients in US.
Role: Jr. Payroll Specialist
Schedule: Monday Friday, 9:30 AM 7:30 PM. Weekends OFF.

About the Role
We are looking for a Jr. Payroll Specialist to join our growing team and assist in processing payroll for multiple clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in handling payroll systems. You will play a key role in ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and seamless communication with managers regarding employee pay and time tracking.

Key Responsibilities
Process payroll for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Manage and audit time cards, send reminders to managers, and ensure necessary adjustments are made.
Process termination checks and off-cycle paychecks as needed.
Update employee pay information and document all payroll changes.
Generate and analyze reports as needed.
Maintain clear and professional communication with managers regarding payroll adjustments.
Track and document payroll updates in Monday.com.
Assist in transitioning payroll processing between different systems as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 13 years as a Payroll Specialist (flexible on experience, but at least 1 year required).
Payroll Software Experience: Experience with one or more payroll applications is required, including UKG Ready, iSolved, Paycom, Paylocity, ADP, or Paychex.
CRM Experience: Familiarity with HubSpot and Monday.com is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Slack, Outlook, Dropbox, SharePoint (experience with Asana is a plus).

Soft Skills:
Strong communication skills and ability to work with managers to resolve payroll issues.
Personable, detail-oriented, and able to problem-solve or ask for help when needed.
Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Language: Spanish is a plus.

Salary: $3,300,000 COP
