Role Overview:
Be the first point of contact, delivering exceptional customer experiences and establishing strong relationships.
Drive sales processes from lead to purchase, leading sales strategies, overcoming objections, and negotiating successfully.
Engage small and medium businesses to identify needs and opportunities, promoting Microsoft Cloud solutions.
Maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities by collaborating with specialists.
Clearly demonstrate product value to customers verbally and in writing.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, maintaining high daily activity.
Gather and articulate customer feedback to continuously enhance our solutions.

Requirements:
Full-time availability
Intermediate to Fluent English B2 / B2+ (verbal and written)
Minimum 10+ Months of B2B sales experience; 1+ year in IT and customer management preferred
Minimum 6+ Months Business Cold Calling experience
Familiarity with modern sales techniques and CRM systems (Dynamics 365, Salesforce)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for technology and cloud solutions (Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365)
Willing to work on site
Schedules:
7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Additional Benefits:
Indefinite contract (46 hours per week)
Performance-based bonuses (830,000 COP)
