Job Stability with an Indefinite Contract
Role Overview:
Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasts.
Demonstrate mastery of product knowledge and technical understanding of services to effectively assess client requirements.
Initiate proactive steps to resolve customer concerns and remove obstacles to customer satisfaction or product usage.
Manage external competitive pressures effectively, handling objections to retain existing clients and attract new customers.
Engage in high-volume daily communication with customers via phone and email, primarily outbound.
Collaborate closely with your team and management to deliver a professional and exceptional customer experience.
Maintain detailed and accurate records in the customer relationship management system (CRM).
Undertake sales activities such as lead qualification, lead conversion, customer health checks, renewals, and advocating as the voice of the customer.
Work cohesively within your team, directly reporting to a Sales Manager.

Requirements:
Full-time availability
Intermediate to Fluent English B2+ (verbal and written)
Native Spanish
Minimum 1+ year of customer service or sales experience
Proven record of personal and team sales goals achievement
Schedule flexibility and immediate availability
Experience with high-volume calling (B2B/B2C experience preferred)
Strong technological skills, Azure cloud knowledge preferred
Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
Ability and willingness to work from home
Problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technology
A2 9000 certificate is a plus

Schedules:
7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Additional Benefits:
Indefinite contract (46 hours per week)
Performance-based bonuses (1,500,000 COP)
