Job Description:
Teleperformance is looking for a Bilingual Reporting Analyst who is highly analytical and results-oriented. The ideal candidate should be able to configure data in reporting and analytics solutions quickly, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and provide insights on trends and key data sets.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and improve quality, productivity, and first contact resolution indicators.
Prepare and submit reports to the Account Executive, Director of Operations, and Client.
Analyze databases, design strategies, and optimize program objectives at minimal cost.
Track productivity indicators, issue alerts, and support decision-making.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports.
Identify and alert stakeholders about factors impacting communication and effectiveness goals.
Report operational issues to the IT department.
Requirements:
English Level: B2.
Residing in Bogotá D.C.
University studies (minimum first semester) in Data Analysis, Programming, or related fields.
Desired careers: Engineering, Systems, Mathematics, or related fields.
Experience in a BPO environment (Minimum 6 months of experience in a call center analyzing data and preparing reports).
Experience with large datasets in relational databases.
Advanced Excel proficiency ( 70%).
SQL knowledge ( 70%).
Advanced logical-mathematical concepts ( 80%).
Advanced statistical knowledge ( 70%).
