Timetable:
-Training: 2-3 weeks Monday-Friday 8AM-6PM in nesting schedules may change
-PAHO: 24/7 availability because they can have schedules in any time slot, 1 day off on wknd
Responsibilities:
This is an account for a gas and electricity company in the United States.
- Handle large numbers of incoming phone calls.
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build long-lasting relationships and trust with customer accounts through a
open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the methods/tools
Suitable.
-Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the
time limits;follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and
file documents.
Requirements:
Spoken and written English level B2 (Mandatory)
Minimum experience of 4-6 months in customer service BPO.
Familiarity with CRM systems.
Excellent activity.
