Our mission: to produce high-quality jeans for the European market ? fairly made in Colombia.

Who we?re looking for:
Are you interested in fashion and garment production, and want to be involved in the entire process from manufacturing to export?
Then become part of our small but ambitious team.

Your responsibilities:
- Supporting the organization of jeans production for export
- Communication with European clients and partners
- Handling shipping, export documents, and quality control
- Managing relationships with suppliers ? and finding new ones when needed
- Coordinating daily tasks and planning workflows with attention to detail

What you should bring:
- Passion for fashion, garment production, and international business
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow
- Enjoy working with different cultures and languages
- Solid computer skills (Excel, email, organizational tools)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Confidence when dealing with suppliers and customers
- A good sense of humor and flexibility ? your boss is European

What we offer:
- Salary: 2,000,000 COP net
- Bonus: up to 4,000,000 COP monthly possible
