We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for medical providers and members. In this role, you will deliver high-quality support through calls, emails, and internal systems while working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment focused on service excellence and professional growth. Key Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
Manage customer service emails and support tickets
Resolve access issues and provide requested information
Conduct follow-up calls with providers and members
Investigate invoices, balances, and claims
Accurately document interactions in internal systems
Support account management and operational projects Requirements
Minimum 1.5 years of experience in customer service (calls and emails)
Background in healthcare or insurance (preferred but not required)
Basic knowledge of systems and office tools
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively and stay organized
Ability to work independently in an on-site environment
