The Talent Services Account Manager is responsible for driving client satisfaction through a blend of technical onboarding, product training, and strategic account management.

Responsabilities:
Client Relationship & Strategic Account Management
Client Partnership & Communications: o Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
Build and nurture long-lasting client relationships, maintain communication through routine check-ins, monthly account reviews, and scheduled calls.
Manage sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism, while ensuring clients requirements are addressed promptly and effectively.
Customized Support & Training: o Conduct product training sessions and customize presentations to address specific client needs and challenges.
Act as a voice of the client within the organization, gathering feedback and contributing to product and process improvements.
Coordinate and schedule appointments and maintain accurate calendars. Recruitment & Technical Implementation Support
Skills: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Human Resources or a related field preferred. 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer service, account management or technical implementation role. Experience in recruitment, ATS, or technical support is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities required. Demonstrated proficiency in multitasking, time management, and handling multiple client priorities simultaneously.
