In SECURITAS TECHNOLOGY we are looking for a talented Customer Service Representative (Data Entry) to join our team. If you have experience in customer service, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone calls and email. Additionally, you will be responsible for entering and updating data in our system, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the information.
The ability to multitask will be crucial to effectively manage customer inquiries and requests, ensuring prompt responses with high quality and effective solutions.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Previous experience in customer service or a similar role.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to prioritize tasks according to workflow and meet established deadlines.
4. Proficiency in computer tools and experience in data entry and management, with special attention to detail.
5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, with various options for start and end time:
8:00 am - 4:30 pm
8:30 am - 5:00 pm
9:00 am - 5:30 pm
9:30 am - 6:00 pm
10:00 am - 6:30 pm
10:30 am - 7:00 pm
11:00 am - 7:30 pm
