Customer Service Supervisor (On site)

We are actively looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to join our team!

Our on-site Customer Service Supervisor will be responsible for managing and overseeing a team of call center agents. Motivating and supporting agents through feedback and assertive communication. Making sure all KPIs are met as expected.

What You?ll Do:
- Communicate efficiently through feedback and coaching sessions in order to develop members to achieve their team and individual results while maintaining a health and professional relationship.
- Communicate expectations with each individual agent
- Provide constant feedback to all team members to make sure they're aligned to the guidelines
- Constant use of G Suite, spreadsheets, graphics, Power Point presentations and reports to present the team's development both as a group and individually
- Delegate tasks to members according to their functions and abilities knowing what works best for the team
- Make sure the work environment is always positive to aim for better results
- Consistently hit deadlines given to them with quality work
- De-escalate calls if necessary providing a great customer service

What You?ll Bring:

- C1 English level
- Experience in leadership of groups of 25+ members
- Experience in the healthcare industry (1 year)
- Overall leadership experience of 5+ years
- Full knowledge in computers and software oriented
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Punctuality, organization, initiative, time management and attention to detail
