Legal Assistant / Customer Service Representative
Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and organized Records Clerk to join our team. This position is primarily responsible for records management, medical records processing, client outreach, and administrative support. As the role evolves, there may be opportunities for increased client interaction, making strong communication and customer service skills essential.
Key Responsibilities
-Retrieve, organize, and maintain records efficiently.
-Contact clients to confirm balances and obtain required information.
-Manage and process medical records accurately and timely.
-Label, categorize, and file documents according to company procedures.
-Provide administrative support and assist with general office tasks as needed.
-Maintain accurate recordkeeping and ensure document integrity.
-Participate in direct client communication as the position expands.
Qualifications
-12 years of experience in an administrative, records management, or Custumer Service.
-Previous experience working in a law firm is preferred.
-Experience handling medical records is a plus.
