PPC Specialist Remote job with great growing opportunity

Overview
We are seeking a results-oriented Pay Per Click (PPC) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Your primary responsibility will be to drive high-quality leads to our business, optimize ad spend, and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across multiple digital channels (Google, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities and optimize existing campaigns
Write compelling ad copy and develop effective landing pages in partnership with our creative team
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using analytics platforms to make data-driven decisions
Optimize bids, budgets, targeting, and ad placements for maximum conversion and lead quality
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid media and lead generation
Perform A/B testing on ads and landing pages to improve results
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align campaign strategies with overall business goals

Requirements
Proven experience (2+ years) managing PPC campaigns focused on lead generation
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms
Proficient with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot)
Ability to analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Google Ads or similar platform certification(s) preferred
