Coordinate and manage daily caregiver schedules to ensure excellent service delivery
Act as a key liaison between caregivers, clients, and the Office Manager
Respond to client inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and urgency
Handle incoming calls and messages in a friendly and solutions-driven manner
Process referrals accurately and efficiently
Perform payroll-related tasks (timesheet verification, telephony updates, data entry)
Maintain accurate caregiver records in ClearCare/WellSky
Monitor service quality and proactively address concerns
Support sales, marketing, and client relationship efforts
Participate in on-call coordination when needed
Ensure all interactions reflect professionalism and company values What Were Looking For
Experience in healthcare, home care, or related industry
Strong background in scheduling and/or customer service
Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a high-demand environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
High attention to detail and sense of urgency
Experience with WellSky (ClearCare) is a plus Key Competencies
