Important BPO sector company located in Sabaneta is seeking a Workforce Analyst with a minimum of 6 months of experience in similar or related positions.
Key responsibilities:
1. Ensure Long-Term Planning (Staffing Requests)
2. Ensure Short-Term Planning (Staff Scheduling)
3. Generate and Control Long-Term and Short-Term Capacity Plans
4. Lead the GTR Team
5. Support Productivity Management
6. Generate Control and Monitoring of Results vs. Planning
7. Participate in Working Meetings with the Client and Operations
Requirements:
* Technical, technological and/or professional degree in administration, statistics and/or related fields.
* Minimum 6 months of experience in similar and/or related positions.

* Salary: $4,500,000
* 100% on-site work modality.
* Schedule: Sunday to Sunday with one day off during the week.
* Rotating shifts 24/7, 46 hours per week.
