Agentes de servicio al cliente bilingües / Inglés avanzado + 2 days off

Adecco Colombia S.A. is currently seeking highly motivated and qualified individuals to join our team as Bilingual Customer Service Agents. This position requires advanced English skills along with 2 days off per week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in both English and Spanish.
- Assist customers in resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in English is a must.
- Knowledge of financial services is a plus, but not required.
- Availability for full-time work and willingness to work flexible shifts.
- Ability to work the following training schedule: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Days off will be on Saturdays and Sundays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Competitive salary of $2,782,609 for 40 hours per week.
- Permanent contract with a weekly workload of 46 hours.
