Intake specialist B2+ On site Barranquilla
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 6:00 pm EST
The Intake Specialist ensures each new clients case is set up for success from the moment they sign. This role bridges intake and pre-litigation, handling case creation, insurance claims, documentation requests, and initial client communication. Speed and accuracy are critical.
Key Responsibilities
Case setup: Create and organize case files in Filevine.
Insurance claims: Open claims, send letters of representation, verify policy details.
Documentation: Request police reports, medical records, and manage correspondence.
Client communication: Welcome clients, confirm details, set expectations.
Quality control: Ensure files are complete before handoff to attorneys.
Technology use: Filevine, Microsoft Office, standardized workflows.
Qualifications
At least 6 months of experience as an Intake Specialist with US personal Injury (law/insurance preferred).
English B2+
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and urgency in fast-paced environments.
Familiarity with Filevine or similar case management software.
